Dining Room Policies
We design every evening around deliberate pacing and warm hospitality. Kindly take note of our guest guidelines.
Seating Duration & Punctuality
To provide an unhurried culinary journey, parties up to 4 guests are allocated 2 hours; parties of 5 or more are reserved for 2 hours and 30 minutes. We honor a 15-minute grace window before releasing the table.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
Reservations may be modified or cancelled without fee up to 24 hours prior to dining. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a standard $35 per guest charge.
Sommelier Corkage Service
You are welcome to bring up to two 750ml bottles of special vintage not currently listed on our cellar menu. Corkage service is $45 per bottle, complete with hand-blown crystal decanting.
Private Dining & Salon Buyouts
For gatherings of 9 or more guests, bespoke seasonal tasting menus, or full restaurant hire, our private dining team customizes seating arrangements and curated wine pairings.
